In this course, we'll talk about:

• How WordPress migration works
• How to prepare your existing site and your site's destination, and
• What tools you need to clone and move your entire WordPress site.

I've organized this course into a few different sections. This first introductory section explains some of the challenges involved with migrating existing WordPress websites. It's a bit more theoretical than most of my other lectures. While you might be tempted to skip it, I encourage you to watch it anyway, because it's a great way to get a little bit of context so that the rest of the instructions make more sense to you.

Being able to copy and migrate your own WordPress website is a really useful administrative skill to have. Let's get started!
